1. What a single cloth costs per clean. One KoalaCloth XXL is $49.95 and lasts 300+ washes. That's around 16 cents per clean — before counting a single spray bottle it replaces.
2. What it replaces. A typical household spends $150–$300+ a year on glass sprays, paper towels and wipes — all recurring. One cloth, water only, replaces the lot. Many customers tell us it even replaced their paid window cleaner.
3. Why bundles are cheaper per cloth. The 3+3 bundle is $109.95 for six XXL cloths plus a free MINI, with free shipping — about $18 per cloth versus $49.95 individually. We can do this because of what one shipped parcel costs us for one cloth vs. a bundle that holds six.
4. What "FREE" means on your order. On confirmations, items marked FREE are the included bonus pieces of your bundle.
5. Why discounts vary. Welcome offers, seasonal sales and campaign codes run at different times with different amounts. The bundle price you paid is always honoured — a later promotion doesn't change the value of what you received.

Q2) Your Amazon price looked different to your website — why?
Platform fees and promotions differ, so pricing can occasionally get out of sync. Our website always shows our correct current pricing — if you ever spot a mismatch, tell us and we'll fix it.
Q3) I bought at a different price than today's promotion — was I overcharged?
No — you paid the offer that was live at the time, and every offer beats the individual price. Promotions rotate; the value of your bundle doesn't change.
Q4) What if the cloth doesn't last as promised?
